About Our Driver Compensation Programs
With GNS Trucking, truck drivers earn great pay whether they are bringing their own trucks or renting ours. Read below for details on the pay structure for renters, leaseholders, and owner-operator drivers.

Short-term lease
Drivers receive 80% for solo, or 82% for a team, from gross revenue (minimum 3 months contract required).
Drivers are responsible for:
$1,300 Truck Rent (Weekly)
Fuel
IFTA ($35)
Tolls
Escrow
ELD
Owner-Operators (Drivers Who Own Their Trucks)
3 Options Available:
1. Receive 80% from gross revenue and we will cover insurance and trailer costs
2. Receive 85% from gross revenue but pay $225 trailer (weekly)
3. Receive 88% from the gross revenue but pay $300 cargo/liability insurance (weekly) + $225 trailer rent (weekly)
